Coolant System U-Clean High-Performance Drum Filter

Achieving a filtration precision of 20μ, which was impossible with conventional drum filters, without the need for secondary processing equipment! Extremely simple, maintenance-friendly, saves on consumables, and low cost!

1. No need for a large-capacity dirty conveyor tank like conventional products! 2. The chip discharge conveyor is an extremely compact type installed inside the drum! 3. Dirty tank, clean tank → No need for a dirty tank! 4. With the adoption of a hinge-type conveyor, a two-tier conveyor is unnecessary; one tier is sufficient! 5. The drum mesh features a quadruple structure with protective types, including internal and external protectors (metal lattice), external reinforcement mesh, and internal filtration mesh for an extremely long lifespan! 6. Filtration sludge, natural drop due to drum rotation, and ultra-low pressure backwashing (0.08 to 0.05 MPa) 7. Energy-saving and chip dewatering with intermittent operation of the chip discharge conveyor! No secondary processing required, coolant system, high-performance drum filter.

Composite lathe, spindle through high-pressure pump, 20μ filtration precision specification, high-performance U-Clean drum filter, no secondary processing equipment required!

High-performance U-Clean Drum Filter that exceeds conventional drum filter norms 1. Why do conventional drum filters require secondary treatment systems due to clogging at 20μ precision filtration? Filtration filters must discharge the sludge they have filtered out as quickly and reliably as possible; otherwise, the concentration of sludge in the liquid increases, and backwashing with dirty liquid results in sludge being sprayed onto the filter mesh, ultimately causing clogging. Conventional drum filters use a method where the filtered sludge is scraped out from the liquid in the dirty conveyor tank with a conveyor scraper, making it nearly impossible to discharge fine sludge below 50μ outside, thus necessitating a secondary treatment system. 2. The U-Clean filter features a chip discharge conveyor inside the drum that uses an upward scraping (rotating with the hinge) mechanism, allowing coarse chips to pass through the drum while chips that pass through the φ3mm perforations at the drum entrance are introduced into the drum. The sludge filtered within the drum is naturally dropped onto the upper scraping plate of the chip discharge conveyor (in the air) due to rotation and micro-pressure backwashing (0.08–0.5Mpa). By quickly discharging the fine sludge that it has filtered itself, precise filtration is achieved.
